Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger 20th: The Unforgivable Abare (爆竜戦隊アバレンジャー20th: 許されざるアバレ Bakuryū Sentai Abarenjā Tsuentiesu: Yurusa Rezaru Abare) is a Japanese superhero V-Cinema film that serves to commemorate the 20th anniversary of Bakuryuu Sentai Abaranger.[2] In the film, the Abarangers face off against a new enemy that threatens their 20 years of peace as well as their sense of justice in the new era.
Synopsis
20 years after their battle with the Evolians had ended, a new threat appears to threaten the long-lasting peace Ryouga and the other Abarangers have enjoyed. For the first time in a long while, they transform to fight but the public seems to think their actions are barbaric acts of destruction. In the Reiwa Era, is the justice they once fought for now considered an outdated style of heroism?
Continuity and Placement
This movie takes place in the continuity of the TV show and is set 20 years after the events of the final episode. The events of both Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger vs. Abaranger and Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger vs. Go-Busters: Dinosaur Great Battle! Farewell, Eternal Friends are ignored for this film. Yatsudenwani's global Dino Curry franchise in the former film is absent; instead, they're only starting doing plans for that. The team hasn't met for 20 years, and Lije/Mikoto's portal-opening abilities are absent, as Asuka reaches Another Earth through an unexpected wormhole.
