In the special, Keiwa and Sara are transported to the World of Shinobi where they assist Rentaro and his allies in fighting the powerful Amakusa Shiro Tokisada.
Synopsis
Amakusa Shiro Tokisada has taken over the Konsei Company and wishes to take over the world as well. Meanwhile, siblings Keiwa and Sara Sakurai are sucked into the World of Shinobi, and become puzzled by the society of ninjas. The appearance of ninja Riders from all over the world will create new turmoil!\
Continuity and Placement
- Kamen Rider Geats: This special presumably takes place before Episode 31, and after Episode 18, owing to Sara still being unaware that Keiwa was a Kamen Rider by that point and Keiwa mentioning Kekera.
- Kamen Rider Shinobi: This special takes place one year after the final episode of Rider Time: Kamen Rider Shinobi.
- Kamen Rider Ex-Aid This special takes place after Kamen Rider Fuma's last appearance in Kamen Rider Ex-Aid: True Ending.
- Kamen Rider Saber: This special takes place after Kamen Rider Kenzan's last appearance in Episode 2 of Kamen Rider Outsiders.
