Synopsis
The final boss has appeared, marking the final battle of the Desire Grand Prix. For the title of Deza Shin: Keiwa, Neon, and Michinaga transform into Kamen Riders and make their stand against the final boss.
While Tycoon and Na-Go struggle against the final boss, Buffa takes a heavy blow and is forced out of his transformation. "Why... What difference is there between you and me?" Michinaga vents his frustration at Ace because he is no longer able to use his own powers.
However.... Ace has already dropped out of the game and lost his memories of the Desire Grand Prix...!
